Deirdre Neely
CEO/ Co-Founder
Mrs. Neely is a 20-year Retired Army Senior Enlisted Veteran. She has always been passionate about community service and assisting others in their time of need. Mrs. Neely’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Public Leadership from the University of North Texas-Dallas, Bachelor of Science in Religion: Biblical and Theological Studies from Liberty University, and an Associate in Arts from Campbell University.
Mrs. Neely is a first-generation college student and her primary passion is impacting communities through leadership, service, and empowerment. Mrs. Neely is married to her husband Ronald Neely of 20 years and they have one daughter together, Rylee Neely.

Shaneisha Hickson
COO/ Co-Founder
Shaneisha Hickson was born in Augusta Ga. She is a Published Author, Motivational Speaker, and Spoken Word Artist who possesses an A.A. degree in Human Service Management. This coupled with her being a domestic abuse survivor, led her to find her passion in Washington state, becoming an outspoken advocate for battered women. Upon relocating to Texas in 2011 with her son, Rodricgus Maxwell Jr., Shaneisha developed a passion for mentoring. As a motivational speaker, Shaneisha traveled throughout Texas speaking at various colleges and events in order to bring awareness to domestic violence. Later, she established youth programs in local churches and the local Boys & Girls Club of America. Seeing others overcome obstacles, thrive, and excel is her driving motivation.
